| BCWATERSHED is hosted by Communications for a Sustainable Future (CSF) at the University of Colorado (USA). The purpose of this moderated list is to begin to develop a network, a "telecommunity culture" which reflects the diversity of views and common unity of those who reside in or around the Boulder Creek Basin. Ideally it will contribute to weaving together the complex environmental and social concerns, multi-jurisdictional agendas, and resource limitations into a more integrated multi-objective perspective which meets the needs of all the inhabitants of the watershed. The geographical boundaries of the watershed are the Continental Divide from Navajo to James Peak and then east to the confluence of Boulder Creek with the St. Vrain watershed east of Longmont. Communities include Nederland, Rollinsville, Gold Hill, Magnolia, Sunshine Canyon, Boulder, Marshall, Eldorado Springs, Superior, Louisville, Lafayette and Erie. While those outside the formal boundaries of the watershed are invited to participate in the discussion, the focus is encouraged to be on issues and concerns, challenges and opportunities within the basin. Appropriate topics may range from technical (water quality readings) to therapeutic (inspiring, relaxing places in the watershed). Cette liste est modérée, possédée et/ou gérée par:
