TEN is a bulletin of the Transboundary and Environmental Information Agency -- covering the transboundary region of the Baltic states, Finland, and Northwest Russia. TEN focuses on newly available information on economic, environmental, and social problems of the region. TEN is available in English and Russian, is distributed by e-mail and fax, and is free. The Transboundary and Environmental Information Agency is an independent non-profit organization.
