| SID Middle East is an unmoderated list begun by the Lefkosa Chapter of the Society for International Development (SID). It is a forum aimed at those with an interest in sustainable development issues in the Middle East, with special reference to Cyprus and the Eastern Mediterranean region. It will be used to exchange information and ideas, announce conferences, call for papers, and alert sustainable development professionals, students, NGOs and all those interested in the subject to new publications. Topics of discussion include, (but are not limited to):
