| The Consortium for International Earth Science Information Network (CIESIN) and the Human Dimensions of Global Environmental Change Programme (HDP) of the International Social Science Council (ISSC) sponsor HDGEC, a mailing list whose purpose is to provide a forum for discussions of the human dimensions of global environmental change. This is an unmoderated list, open to the public. The intended audience is scientists, scholars, policy makers, journalists, students, and any others who are interested in improving their understanding of the human dimensions of global environmental change.
