Land
Land resources, particularly soil, provide the foundation for nearly all of our food and forest resources. Yet, they are experiencing widespread degradation all over the world, through processes like desertification, salinization, acidification and contamination. The articles in this section look at the processes of land degradation worldwide and explore ways in which our land resources can be used more sustainably.
