Full Cost Accounting
Sustainable development requires project managers to account for environmental and social factors in the same way they do economic factors. Placing a value on many of these items, however, is extremely difficult. This section explores valuation techniques for environmental and social resources and presents some examples of how full-cost accounting has been used in sustainable development initiatives.
